Top Workplaces extends deadline
Employers, workers, customers can nominate a business by Feb. 26
New Mexico employers, workers or customers who want a particular organization to participate in this year’s Top Workplaces survey have a little more time to do it, according to research partner Energage.
The annual survey’s nomination deadline has been extended to Feb. 26. About 50 employers have already signed up.
Taking part in the survey allows employers a chance to find out what they’re doing right when it comes to motivating their employees and how they can improve. Participating organizations must have 35 or more employees. Employers may be public, private, nonprofits or government groups.
Workplaces will be evaluated by employees filling out a 24-question survey, which will be administered through March. The questions will revolve around the employers’ direction, execution and engagement of employees. Results will be published by the Albuquerque Journal later this year, and an analysis of the data will be provided to participating organizations.
To join the survey, an employee, employer or customer can nominate the company at ABQJournal.com/ nominate or by calling 505-2883443.
Energage conducts its surveys for media organizations, including the Journal, in 54 markets. Last year, 80 New Mexico employers were surveyed, representing nearly 15,000 workers. Of those, a total of 9,258 workers completed surveys.
