Immediate Closure

Due to the imminent health hazard of sewage back up facility is closed effective 1/11/2021. Observed signs of sewage back up in the sink in the back room at time of inspection. Facility must contact CHPD when the issue has been addressed and facility must be reinspected. The person in charge (PIC) stated that that the sewage comes back up when sinks and toilets are used. Observed plumber making repairs.
