Melinda Ann Hines

-

Melinda Ann Hines, age 62, died at her home in Albuquerque, on January 23, 2021. She was a New Mexico native and graduated from Manzano High School in 1976. Melinda was a very talented and creative person. She had a wicked sense of humor and could write a humorous limerick or story at the drop of a hat. She worked with meticulous detail in her artistic endeavors. Her mind had a special way of viewing the smallest aspects of life by creating miniatures, in sculpture, ceramics, and jewelry. She is survived by her brothers, Frank (Carol) and Gary Hines. She was loved by her nieces and nephews, Patrick, Emily, and Lucas Hines, Justin Brown, Elise Clemens; uncle and aunt, Joe and Peggy Putnam; many dear cousins; and special friend,

Sofia Savage. Melinda is finally reunited with her beloved son, Ryan Strosnider, who was the “light of her life”; and parents, Frank Hines and Merlene Krall. A Celebration of Life will be held in the near future and will be announced at a later date, due to Covid. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Ronald McDonald House would be greatly appreciated. May the artistic angels in heaven welcome their newest member. Please visit our online guestbook for Melinda at www.FrenchFunerals.com.
