Jennie Garcia

Our loving mom, grandmother, great grandmother and sister went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Monday, January 25, 2021. Jennie was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on August 16, 1932 to Manuel and Lucy Torres. She married Jose L. Garcia on December 26, 1953. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Joe, her daughter Sandra and infant sons Rosendo and Joseph. Jennie is survived by her daughters Kathy (Scotty), Patricia (Daniel) and son Nathan. Four grandchildren, Jennifer (Louis), Marissa (Mike), Andres (Andrea) and Marcus (Arlianne). Five great grandchildren, Xavier,

Lucia, Dominic, Nora and Micah, and her beloved sister Barbara and many nieces and nephews.

Viewing and Funeral will be held on Tuesday Feb. 9th, 2021 at Daniels Family Funeral Alameda Mortuary on 9420 4th St. N.W. from 7:30-8:45 a.m.

Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. after the Viewing at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary at 9502 4th St. N.W. The Service will be live streamed on the Nativity website www.n-bvm.org and 88.1 FM radio. Burial will take place at Mount Calvary immediately after mass. COVID-19 safe practices will be strictly enforced.
