Matthew Ericksen

Matthew Ronald Ericksen, aka Mattie or Matti Greenman, was a common day wizard with many talents. He was a talented singer and musician in the bands Tathata, Strange Familiar, The BEAT, Chandra Mangalam, Matti, and others; a yurt-builder with his business, ‘Querque Yurts; a videographer working under the label Elkman Films; a carpenter and creator; a community member of intentional and nature-focused communities; and a supporter of many people’s dreams. He passed away suddenly in Albuquerque, NM.

He’s survived by his brother, Mark Ericksen; sister, Sandy Ericksen; half-brother, Keith Ericksen; half-sister, Connie Ericksen; soul sister, Dawn Sperber; and the many friends who loved him. May his memory be an enduring blessing. To view full obituary visit www.directorschoiceofnm.com
