WOMEN’S GOLF: In Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., the University of New Mexico women’s golf team is sixth after the first day of the Lamkin Invitational hosted by San Diego State on Monday. The Lobos completed 36 holes Monday, but several other teams had yet to complete their second round.

Sophomore and 2019-20 Mountain West Freshman of the Year Napat “Jenny” Lertsadwattana led the Lobos. She shot rounds of 73 and 70 for a total of 143. Senior Caroline Jansson had rounds of 76 and 78.
