City opens ‘Climate Action Plan’ survey
The city, in partnership with New Mexico First, is inviting public input as it finalizes the 2021 Albuquerque Climate Action Plan for anticipated release in April.
A task force has already developed a series of goals and strategies in draft format, and residents can now provide feedback on those recommendations.
The online survey asks respondents to choose which strategies they believe are best to improve recycling, address energy efficiency and water conservation, promote access to transit and more.
The survey is open through Feb. 26; find it at: https://www.surveymonkey. com/r/STRATEGIESCABQ.
Residents also have the opportunity to speak in virtual meetings on Feb. 17 and 18.
To register to comment at a meeting, visit https://cabq-pc-english. eventbrite.com. The city also is offering opportunity to comment in Spanish.
