Computer Corner changes owners

-

Locally owned computer business Computer Corner is changing ownership after nearly 40 years. Joe and Carole Petranovich, founders of the midtown store at 3101 Menaul NE, announced in a news release that they are retiring. The couple sold the store to Brian and Kathryn Fletcher in early February. “My husband, Joe, and I founded Computer Corner 38 years ago and it’s been a great experience,” Carole Petranovich wrote. “We’re passing the torch to another great husband-and-wife team.” Computer Corner opened in 1983 as a “full-solution provider” that carries computers, computer hardware and software, and offers computer and printer repair and training services, according to the release. The store has garnered awards from local news publications and is the largest independent reseller of HP computer equipment in the state, the release said.
