Gary and Mary Ann Schroeder
Gary and Mary Ann Schroeder are celebrating their golden wedding anniversary.
Gary Schroeder and the former Mary Ann Pezzillo were married Jan. 23, 1971, at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church in Albuquerque. The couple were raised in Albuquerque and were high school sweethearts at St. Pius High School.
They lived in Kansas City, Missouri, where Gary attended dental school, then returned to Albuquerque where Gary set up his dental practice in 1974. He retired in 2020.
Mary Ann is a homemaker. She retired from Albuquerque Public Schools in 2010.
They enjoy family time and traveling. Gary and Mary took an early anniversary trip to Hawaii in February 2020, and will celebrate with family at a later time.
They are the parents of Kellie Schroeder and Greg Schroeder.
