Nominations for ’21 Top Workplaces close Friday

Anyone who wants to nominate a New Mexico workplace to participate in the Journal’s 2021 Top Workplaces survey has until Friday to do so.

The survey, conducted annually by research partner Energage, offers employers insights on what they’re doing right when it comes to motivating employees, and how to improve.

Workplaces are evaluated by employees filling out a 24-question survey. The questions revolve around the employers’ direction, execution and engagement of employees. Eligible organizations include public or private companies, nonprofits and government groups.

Rankings will be published by the Albuquerque Journal later this year, and an analysis of the data will be provided to participants.
