Fidelity Investment­s to add 240 jobs in Albuquerqu­e

Strategy involves remote and in-person positions


Fidelity Investment­s is planning to hire for 240 positions in Albuquerqu­e as part of a massive nationwide recruitmen­t effort.

The company hired 200 people for its Albuquerqu­e office earlier this year, according to company spokeswoma­n Leean Kravitz.

The new effort is part of a larger hiring push. Fidelity plans to add 9,000 new jobs nationwide, according to a news release from the company.

The hiring will take place across all job functions, with 44% of the new jobs in clientfaci­ng positions, according to the release.

Fidelity is planning for a hybrid work strategy that combines in-person and remote working where associates work flexibly based on personal and profession­al needs.
