Charles “Tyke” Torres, passed away on November 25, 2021, at the age of 77. Charles was proceeded in death by his parents Eddie and Petrita Torres and Sister, Mildred Chavez. He is survived by his Wife Lorraine Torres, Daughter(s) Sharon Torres-Quintana and husband Paul Quintana, Jessica Gonzales, and husband Eugene “Bro” Gonzales Sr. He is also survived by six Grandchild­ren Lawrence Dominguez, Desiree Hernandez, Jacob Dominguez, Justina Gonzales, Dominic A. Lovato, and Eugene “G” Gonzales Jr. and then nine Greatgrand­children Jordan Dominguez, Xavier Dominguez, Gwen (Jacob) Dominguez, Cameron Dominguez, Layla Vanorman, Winter Rose Chavez, Julian Herrera, Donna Lovato, and Cisco Chavez. He is also survived by three siblings: Sister, Dolores Gomez, Brother, Eddie Torres Jr. and wife, Viola Torres and Brother, Randy Torres Sr. and wife Emma Torres and several nieces, nephews, and close friends.

He had to have everything right from his hair and mustache to how he dressed, down to his vehicles (always cleaned). He loved helping people with deeds, politics, talking and dancing. But most of all he loved spending time with his family and being apart of all they did from school functions to sporting events. Devoted Dallas Cowboys Fan and Spartan Fan “Once a Spartan Always a Spartan”.

Services will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Bernalillo, New Mexico on Monday, December 27, 2021. The Rosary will be at 10:00 a.m. and the Funeral Mass at 10:30 a .m. with the burial to follow at the Church Cemetery. Reception to follow at the Sandoval County Sheriff’s Posse Hall.
