Frank J. Gasperich, Jr., age 82 of North Ridgeville, formerly of Albuquerque, NM, passed away Sunday March 5, 2023, at Danbury

Sr. Living North Ridgeville, OH surrounded by family and dedicated caregivers.

He is survived by his loving wife Rose (nee Hudac) of 45 years. Beloved uncle, cousin and dear friend to many. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mildred and his brother Bill Gasperich. Frank was a retired Lieutenant Colonel with the US Airforce. He graduated from Kansas University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with aeronautical engineering degrees and loved sharing his knowledge with others. He worked at NASA in Cleveland, OH when he met the love of his life Rose. Frank was a world traveler along-side Rose and enjoyed sharing his stories of their adventures together whenever he could. His love for anything aeronautical, especially airplanes was a big part of his life. He was an active member of The Commemorative Air Force Lobo Wing in Albuquerque NM and enjoyed his camaraderie with his fellow “hangar” family. He was also an avid plastic modeler and loved his Kansas University Jayhawks and Cincinnati Bengals. A Catholic Mass will be said for him at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church, 2640 Stoney Ridge Rd., Avon OH 44011 on Saturday, March 25, 2023. Interment will be private at a later date.
