MV Agusta 125 Pullman
More affordable and available to everyone, the MV Agusta 125 Pullman is the model most widely produced by MV Agusta. The average buyer used the motorbike as an only means of transport, ignoring its lack of beauty but appreciating its soft suspension and the wide tires. Presented at the Brussels Salon in January 1953, the “Pullman” gives the impression of having an elongated body: an effect created by the rearward positioning of the engine, with the rear suspension assuming a weight-bearing function. This creates an empty space between the front wheel and the frame support, filled by the owners with an optional sheet metal casing usable as a storage space. The second series differed from the first by the adoption of a pedal gearshift which substituted the previous hand mechanism and by a third shock absorber.
