# THINK-TRUFFLES

A trip in a Jeep accompanie­d by the truffle and admiring the splendor of the region. You will go in search of one of the most mysterious and valuable products that the earth can offer: truffles. Harvest time is from the end of May to the beginning of September for summer truffles and from mid-september to the end of January for white ones.

# THINK-CHOCOLATE

Discover the ancient chocolate company called Bodrato. The store sells excellent versions of the great classics of the Piemontese confection­ery tradition (hazelnut, boeri, gianduiott­i, cremini, spreadable creams) along with original and delicious new items like spicy bars, pralines with matcha tea and maldon salt cremini.

# THINK-GOLF

Golf lovers can choose between three golf courses (36 holes) just a few km from Serravalle: Serravalle Golf Club, Golf Hills Gavi and Golf Club Villa Carolina. The Club House will cheer with a lunch based on local dishes and wines or with a wellness center experience.

A walk in the vineyard and a visit to the ancient cellars listening to stories told by the vintners, but also moments of relaxation tasting smells, scents and aromas typical of the area. Broglia, Villa Sparina, La Raia, La Chiara are just some of the wineries that can be visited and where you can enjoy memorable tastings.

Hundreds of kilometers of itinerarie­s: from fast routes to climbs to a special “stop” at Casa Coppi in Castellani­a during the centenary of Fausto’s birth. For the less experience­d, a guide to discover all the wonder of the hills where the Gavi wine is born can also be done in the saddle of an e-bike.
