Cibola junior

The lowdown:

Amelia swam two events at the Division I state meet: the 400 free relay and the 200 medley relay. She helped the Raiders place 14th in the latter. At the Colorado River Championships, where she helped Cibola win the girls team title, Amelia took second in the 50 free and fourth in the 100 fly, while also helping the Raiders win both the 200 medley relay and the 400 free relay.

“Amelia gave a one-two punch to both butterfly and freestyle events that teams found difficult to overcome. She was able to mentor our younger butterflyers and bring leadership to a team of young swimmers.”
