Canned tuna or sal­mon (packed in wa­ter) makes a fast, easy lunch that fights off that af­ter­noon slack-at­tack. Low-level chronic in­flam­ma­tion is strongly associated with fa­tigue, and tuna and sal­mon are packed with in­flam­ma­tion-fight­ing omega3s. They’re also great sources of en­ergy-fu­el­ing pro­tein and iron, as well as B6, niacin, and ri­boflavin, which help turn the food you eat into en­ergy you can use.
