2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
⅔ cup coconut oil
Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well between intervals, until mixture is smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. [It takes about 1 minute of stirring between each interval.] Store at room temperature in an airtight container up to 1 week.
