HOW TO SHAPE dumplings


Hold wrapper in the palm of your hand (or lay it flat on a lightly floured surface); put filling in center of wrapper.

Wet edge of the wrapper with a finger dipped in water.

Press opposite edges together over the filling to create a half-moon shape.

Starting from the center of the round side and working first toward one corner and then to the other, fold and crimp, creating small pleats to seal the dumpling.
