Matcha Gra­nola Par­fait Cups

Makes: 10 gra­nola cups* • 1 cup rolled oats • 1 TBSP plnt® brand Co­conut Oil • 1.5 tsp plnt® brand Or­ganic Matcha Green Tea Pow­der • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or plnt® brand Honey)

Pre­heat the oven to 350° F. In a small bowl, mix to­gether the oats, Co­conut Oil, Or­ganic Matcha Green Tea Pow­der, and maple syrup. Once evenly mixed, spray a mini cup­cake tray with non­stick spray. Dis­trib­ute the oat mix­ture amongst 10 cup­cake wells, press­ing down firmly on the edges and cre­at­ing a small cav­ity in the cen­ter. Bake for 18-20 min­utes, un­til lightly browned. Re­move from the oven and let cool for 5 min­utes.

Re­move the cooled gra­nola cups from the cup­cake tray. Fill with your fa­vorite dairy-free yo­gurt and top with dried fruit and nuts. En­joy!

*In­stead of mak­ing 10 mini gra­nola cups, a full-size cup­cake tray can be used to make 5 larger gra­nola cups. Bake for 25-27 min­utes if mak­ing full­size cups.
