Over the decades Laguna Beach, California, has garnered a reputation as one of the premier art towns not just in the state but in the entire country. Not only are there numerous galleries and artists calling the city home, but there are countless art events that lure collectors from all parts. Now in its 87th year is the Festival of Arts of Laguna Beach’s Fine Art Show, which has been rated as a top art festival by local and national publications.

Weir, and jewelry designer Lance Heck. A number of special events will be happening throughout the run of the Festival of Arts. Highlights include the Art Talks and Tea on Wednesday at 1 p.m.; the Art, Jazz, Wine and Chocolate event on Thursdays from July 11 to August 29 at 5:30 p.m., which costs an additional $20; and the children-centric Art and Story Time at 12:30 p.m. on Mondays.
