Art Market San Francisco’s 10th edition features modern and contempora­ry art from 85 dealers.

The 2020 edition of Art Market San Francisco is milestone event for the organizati­on, not only with it being the 10th outing but also because of its evolving ties to the Bay Area. With this year’s show, happening April 23 to 26, visitors will find a wide range of mediums and materials presented from 85 exhibitors from around the world. The artwork focuses on modern and contempora­ry offerings, with highlights including standout representa­tional art by some of today’s leading artists.

Art Market San Francisco will be held once again at the Fort Mason Center’s Festival Pavilion, and includes a ticketed VIP Preview on April 23 from 6 to 10 p.m. The show also sees expansion of relationsh­ips with corporatio­ns in the Bay Area including Facebook, Gap, Salesforce, Apple and Google. The fair will open with a private First Look for Google’s top employees. There also will be an auction of an artwork, selected by Bay Area art influences, that benefits San Francisco Arts Education Project.

Participat­ing in this year’s fair are David Lusk Gallery of Nashville, Tennessee; Palm1 Desert, California-based Melissa Morgan Fine Art; Heller Gallery and Forum Gallery, both of New York City; LA’s La Luz de Jesus and Timothy Yarger Fine Art; and San Francisco’s own Hashimoto Contempora­ry, Maybaum Fine Art and Kim Eagles-Smith Gallery, to name a few.

Along with the exhibitor offerings, Art Market San Francisco will host OnSite Installati­ons that range from artist talks to site-specific artwork. Public fair hours will run April 24 and 25 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and April 26 from noon to 6 p.m.
