Looking for ways to easily change your décor for summer?

Kierste offers some tips for simple seasonal touches to your home all year long.

• GO NEUTRAL. Kierste loves white for the fresh and bright feel it brings, and for the clean canvas it offers her. Choose wood flooring or furniture with brass accents to contrast and add a bit of warmth.

• USE TEXTURES AND PATTERNS. Kierste prefers gingham in a variety of colors that she can change out for each season. Switching out pillows and throws is another easy way to add pops of color, as well as fun textures and patterns appropriate to the time of year.

• BRING IN NATURAL ELEMENTS. Kierste uses wreaths throughout the year to highlight the season. Greenery is a simple and timeless touch and a great way to add color to your neutral palette. Fresh wildflowers are a perfect spring or summer touch, while an acorn wreath is a great fall piece.
