Almond Sugar COOKIES
Each of Wind & Willow’s gourmet food mixes has more than one variation you can try. Here’s an easy way to get a delicious yet simple sugar cookie variation.
Makes: 12 cookies Prep time: 30 minutes Chill time: 10 minutes Bake time: 10 minutes
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• Wind & Willow Almond Sugar Cookie Cheeseball & Dessert Mix • 1 stick softened butter
• 1 egg
• 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour • ½ teaspoon baking powder
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Combine the flour, baking powder, topping mix and set aside.
3. Cream together the Cheeseball Mix and butter. Once the mixture comes together, mix in the egg. 4. Stir in the flour mixture just until incorporated. Chill for 10 minutes. 5. Sprinkle a work surface with flour and roll out the dough to approximately ½ inch thickness. Cut it into shapes; then place them on a cookie sheet.
6. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before serving.
