Rhonda Kaiser is a master of all trades when it comes to home and garden. From interior design to being a certified Texas Master Gardener, she shares her home’s interiors and community exteriors with friends online. Here’s a bit of her story.

American Farm house Style:

How did you get started with the online farm house community?

Rhonda:

I started to share my passion for all things gardening, education and design. I have years of training in interior design, master gardener education, landscape design and even working as a florist. Sharing my love of all was an easy choice!

AFS:

Tel lusa little bit about your gardening experience.

Rhonda:

My gardening experience stems from years of schooling and passion to learn more about it. I am a certified Texas Master Gardener too. Master Gardeners are members of their local community who take an active interest in all things gardening, with a specialization in horticulture. It is an extensive program that involves classwork, volunteering and community outreach.

AFS:

Do you have a favorite family Christmas tradition?

Rhonda:

We have a few favorite family Christmas traditions…one involves hiding a Christmas pickle in the tree. The first one who finds it receives an extra gift from St. Nicholas. On Christmas day, we also have a traditional Texas snowball fight. We don’t have snow this far south, so we opt for homemade plush snowballs we can toss in the house.
