CROCKER ART MUSEUM
American Beauty and Bounty, on view at the Crocker Art Museum, showcases 19th century American paintings from the collection of Judith and Steaven Jones. they began acquiring works in the 1970s, and the collection has grown to 29 works that the Joneses will ultimately gift to the Crocker. The exhibit, which opens October 28 and runs through January 27, 2019, features works by Asher B. Durand, albert Bierstadt, Sanford Robinson Gifford, Eastman Johnson and more.
