Near the end of his ca­reer, ansel Adams is­sued port­fo­lios to col­lec­tors with the stip­u­la­tion that the prints would even­tu­ally be do­nated to a mu­seum.the Chrysler will cel­e­brate the do­na­tion of a com­plete Mu­seum Set Edi­tion of Fine Prints with the ex­hi­bi­tion From Ansel Adams to In­fin­ity. Open­ing Septem­ber 21, the ex­hi­bi­tion in­cludes stun­ning black-and-white pho­tos of yosemite val­ley and other dra­matic Western sites, which are renowned for their lu­mi­nos­ity and tonal range.
