AS THE DICE TUMBLE

Well done! For many of us, fly-fishing goes beyond big fish to casting for memories, meaning and the essential flow passed from generation to generation, somehow expressed between cast and strike. We live these moments and memories much like the waters we fish. The lovely short story “Tumbling Dice” [Winter 2017] touches one on many levels and reminds us of much that has been given, more that has been lost and the promise behind each cast.
