Co-executive Producer, Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny and Supervising Producer, The Adventures of Puss in Boots Best Memory: My best memories of the last five years are of the people. There are some extremely talented people here at Dreamworks TV, not to mention the wonderful personalities that accompany that talent. Secrets of Success: It’s not just the content that has made the shows so successful. It is the personal dedication by our artists and the desire to achieve and be the best. It’s this kind of mentality that makes our shows stand out head and shoulders above the crowd. Defining the Brand: Quality bar none. Wildest Anecdote: Arguing. Constant arguing with my fellow artists. Why? Because we all want it to be our way and we all see it different and how dare you change what I did, it was perfect!!! In the end when the episode is done: “That’s pretty good…” and “...We didn’t argue that much. Did we?” Next episode: Right back to arguing. Most Rewarding/challenging Parts of the Job: Most rewarding? Looking at the end result of an episode, which turned out to be pretty damn good, after all those late nights. Most challenging? Getting there on no sleep. Keeping Inspired:
