As­sem­bly

To find cen­ter, fold 1 Cover length­wise and width­wise. Place lock­ing stitch marker on cen­ter point.

Mea­sure 31/2- inch- di­am­e­ter cir­cle across cen­ter point. Place 8 lock­ing stitch mark­ers evenly around cir­cle. Align and sew tail end of Large Pe­tal at stitch marker and tack in place through rnd 2. Rep to sew rem Large Petals.

Now mea­sure 2-inch- di­am­e­ter cir­cle across cen­ter point. Place 8 stitch mark­ers evenly around cir­cle. Align and sew tail end of Medium Pe­tal at stitch marker. Cen­ter Medium Pe­tal be­tween 2 Large Petals and tack in place through rnd 2. Rep to sew rem Medium Petals. Align and sew tail end of Small Pe­tal at cen­ter and cen­ter each Small Pe­tal be­tween 2 Medium Petals. Tack in place. Over­lap pre­vi­ous Pe­tal slightly, rep to sew rem Small Petals.

If de­sired, sew jin­gle bells to cen­ter of Cover.

With WS of Cov­ers held tog and work­ing through both thick­nesses, join oat­meal in any st, sl st in each st around 3 sides, in­sert pil­low form, sl st in each rem st, join in first sl st. Fas­ten off. •
