Pressing Seams a Second Time
Sometimes it is not possible to plan the proper direction to press the seams in the blocks. In the case of the Sweet Dreams blocks, the seams can easily be pressed again in the opposite direction after they have been joined in rows.
You will want the seams of the blocks in one row to lock into the seams of the adjacent rows. After making the rows and laying them out in the order to stitch together, check seam pressing. If two blocks that will be joined have seams going in the same direction, re-press the seams so one block has seams going opposite from the other block as shown in Figure A.
