Per­cep­tion or opin­ion?

Sev­eral times over the last few years, I have writ­ten to the AV Press ask­ing that the paper rely less on sto­ries from the As­so­ci­ated Press be­cause they are usu­ally so bi­ased to­ward the left that other points of view are hardly men­tioned.

On Tues­day, Jan­uary 22, 2019, for ex­am­ple, the AV Press printed a rather breath­less ar­ti­cle on Ka­mala Har­ris and her an­nounce­ment of a run for the pres­i­dency. The first para­graph be­low is from the AV Press. The se­cond para­graph is a more truth­ful ver­sion.
