Two small chil­dren, two adults in­jured in Lan­caster col­li­sion

LAN­CASTER — Two chil­dren, ages one and seven, and a 29-year-old woman were among four peo­ple trans­ported to area hos­pi­tals fol­low­ing a crash Fri­day evening.

The con­di­tion of the in­jured in the crash, re­ported at 4 p.m. Fri­day, wasn’t im­me­di­ately avail­able.

The two-ve­hi­cle crash in­volv­ing a sil­ver Toy­ota Sequoia and a black Dodge Charger hap­pened at West Av­enue I and 110th Street West in Lan­caster, ac­cord­ing to the CHP.

Both ve­hi­cles sus­tained ma­jor dam­age to their front ends, ac­cord­ing to a CHP in­ci­dent log.

No de­scrip­tion of the fourth vic­tim was avail­able. The woman and the small chil­dren were air­lifted to the Northridge Hos­pi­tal Med­i­cal Cen­ter and an­other adult was trans­ported by am­bu­lance to the An­te­lope Val­ley Hos­pi­tal.
