Sun­day dance at Elks lodge

Lan­caster Elks Lodge No. 1625, 240 East Ave. K, con­ducts its Sun­day night dance from 6 to 10 p.m. weekly. Tick­ets are $6, mu­sic is pro­vided by a lo­cal DJ and a 50/50 draw­ing is avail­able. Proper at­tire is re­quired.

Vet­er­ans can get break­fast

Break­fast for Vets serves meals to vet­er­ans from 9 to 11 a.m. ev­ery Mon­day at Desert Vine­yard Chris­tian Fel­low­ship, 1011 East Ave. I. Self-de­fense pro­gram launched

Con­scious De­fense, a lead­ing provider of spe­cial­ized Women’s self-de­fense pro­grams, has launched a train­ing pro­gram: Con­densed Women’s Self-De­fense Workshop. It will be of­fered monthly by on­line reg­is­tra­tion.
