Ken Lawrence, loan production manager and his wife Jane, manager, manage and operate GEM Mortgage, also known as Golden Empire Mortgage, Inc. They described what makes their business unique: “We are a local direct lender offering purchase and refinance home financing. Financing options offered include FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, first-time buyer programs and reverse mortgages. Loan processing is performed in our local office as well as underwriting, loan documents and funding.”
