AV Property Management has recently purchased a property management franchise called Property Management Inc., also known as PMI. Since March 1, 2019 Antelope Valley Property Management’s new name is “PMI Antelope Valley.” PMI has over 250 property management offices throughout the United States. They will now offer their clients four pillars of property management.

PMI Antelope Valley has always offered residential and commercial management however, they will begin offering HOA and vacation rentals in the near future. Their new and old clients will have access to all of the services offered by PMI Antelope Valley.
