ProCare Hospice has proudly served the Antelope Valley since 1996. Medicare-certified and CHAP accredited, this hospice agency recognizes that each new day is an opportunity to put that experience to work, providing expert, end of life care for patients and their families. Their goal is to provide support not only to their patients, but also to their families, allowing them to make the most of each day. Hospice care focuses on comfort and quality of life, supporting the terminally ill in their decision on how and where the rest of their life should be lived. The ProCare Hospice team offers compassionate care that you can trust.

Hospice is about living. When a patient is diagnosed with a life-limiting illness, it is important that they have the best quality of life possible. ProCare’s interdisciplin

ary team of physicians, nurses, therapists, home health aides, social workers, chaplains and volunteers is focused on the quality of their patient’s lives. Robert Lafler, MDiv is the Vice President of ProCare Hospice. Robert has been in the Hospice industry for several years, and has a passion for end of life care. In Robert’s words, “Hospice is all about making the days count, living out one’s life with the love and support that our caring team can bring.”

Support, assurance and comfort are important aspects of the end of life journey. The ProCare Hospice clinicians are bilingual and exceptionally skilled at recognizing symptoms early, which helps them provide the necessary care to keep their patients as comfortable as possible. The emotional and spiritual health of a patient’s loved ones is equally important.

The ProCare Hospice team would like to thank the community for honoring them as Antelope Valley’s Best Hospice Care provider and even more importantly, for allowing them to care for your loved ones.
