Valley voters can use centers
The Antelope Valley will have 24, four-day vote centers and 12, 11day vote centers for the March 3 presidential and congressional primaries.
Rather than citizens voting on Election Day at the polling place to which their neighborhood is assigned, they will be able to vote at any of the vote centers spread throughout the county, up to 10 days before the election.
Voting begins Feb. 22 at 11-day vote centers. Rural communities such as Acton, Lake Hughes and Lake Los Angeles will get a four-day vote center, where voting begins Feb. 29.
