Broken Bit Steakhouse

-

In business for seven years and nestled in the middle of Quartz Hill, on 50th St. W, the Broken Bit Steakhouse & Fine Spirits takes pride in their food, service and atmosphere. Maybe that’s why, for the third year, they have been voted AV’s Best Steakhouse, 2019 Best Place to Have a Drink and 2019 Best BBQ! That is three separate categories and a great win for The Broken Bit.

The Broken Bit, or otherwise known as “The Bit” is a dinner house that treats guests like they are the only ones’ dining. Customer service is number one and the overall dining experience is a top priority. The restaurant combines contemporary American cuisine with a Western flair. “At times, an item may seem to take a little longer to arrive at your table, but we are a ‘scratch’ kitchen, where everything is made fresh and to order,” Ruthie Lundin said. “All our steaks are grilled by our grill masters on our open wood fire grill. Our bartenders create and prepare the most amazing handcrafted cocktails.” Customers have said in reviews, “The restaurant has a subtle western theme, which contributed to a warm, cozy atmosphere, complemented by a friendly ad superb staff.”

The Broken Bit has over 180 bourbons, ryes and whiskeys—the good stuff, and it’s their specialty. It’s for sipping and savoring, and there is a variety of small batch whiskeys that are the hallmark of the Broken Bit. Wet your whistle with one of Broken Bit’s Whiskey Flights, Signature California Wines, Handcrafted Cocktails or Local Craft Beer from Bravery Brewing and Lucky Luke’s Brewing. They proudly serve American made spirits.

The restaurant observes Whiskey Wednesday with whiskey bourbon on special plus they offer up their FAMOUS 8oz Whiskey Burger—big, juicy and delicious.

The Broken Bit is open Tuesday-Saturday 4:30PM10PM; Sunday 4PM-9PM and (look for Mondays coming soon). They offer amazing appetizers, soup, salads, seafood, chicken and of course, steak. Located at 41955 50th Street West, Quartz Hill, 661-9438228. Visit the website for a complete menu and online reservations available at www. brokenbitsteakhouse.com.
