Help needed in finding man who left Rosamond home

-

ROSAMOND — The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in locating a missing Rosamond man.

John Nicholson, 75, left his residence in the 3200 block of Tardito Lane on Feb. 1 and has not returned, officials said Friday.

He is described as a white man, five feet seven inches tall and weighing 170 pounds.

It is not known what he was last wearing.

Nicholson is known to frequent the Lancaster and Palmdale area.

He is considered at risk due to his age and the fact that he does not have a history of leaving his residence for long periods of time, officials said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Deputy Guerrero at 661824-7130 or 661-861-3110.

Today is Saturday, Feb. 8, the 39th day of 2020. There are 327 days left in the year.
