In busi­ness for seven years and nes­tled in the mid­dle of Quartz Hill, on 50th St. W, the Bro­ken Bit Steak­house & Fine Spir­its takes pride in their food, ser­vice and at­mos­phere. The Bro­ken Bit, or oth­er­wise known as “The Bit” is a din­ner house that treats guests like they are the only ones’ din­ing. Cus­tomer ser­vice is num­ber one and the over­all din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence is a top pri­or­ity. The restau­rant com­bines con­tem­po­rary Amer­i­can cui­sine with a West­ern flair. “At times, an item may seem to take a lit­tle longer to ar­rive at your ta­ble, but we are a ‘scratch’ kitchen, where ev­ery­thing is made fresh and to or­der,” Ruthie Lundin said. “All our steaks are grilled by our grill masters on our open wood fire grill. Our bar­tenders cre­ate and pre­pare the most amaz­ing hand­crafted cock­tails.” Cus­tomers have said in re­views, “The restau­rant has a sub­tle west­ern theme, which con­trib­uted to a warm, cozy at­mos­phere, com­ple­mented by a friendly ad su­perb staff.”

The Bro­ken Bit has over 180 bour­bons, ryes and whiskeys—the good stuff, and it’s their spe­cialty. It’s for sip­ping and sa­vor­ing, and there is a va­ri­ety of small batch whiskeys that are the hall­mark of the Bro­ken Bit.
