It is with great sadness that we announce the

passing of Jacque A. Konstan on Oct. 13, 2022. She is preceded by her father Freddie Gonzales. Jacque always presented

strength and a positive attitude throughout her battle with kidney disease. Her courage in facing life’s challenges with a smile was what Jacque was all about. Those who knew her were touched by her larger-than-life personalit­y. As someone has said, “Jacque did not have strangers in her life.”

She is survived by her mother Esther Gonzales, brother Vince Gonzales and sister-in-law Danielle, sister Tina Gonzales, nephew Dakota, niece Cheyenne, cousin Suzanne and family, her best friend and partner Lonnie Patterson and children Alexis and Travis. There are far too many family and friends to mention.

Jacque was born to Freddie and Esther Gonzales on Dec. 20, 1960 in Misawa, Japan. Being part of a military family, there was travel all over the world. After graduating from high school, Jacque went on to complete her AA degree and bachelors

of contractua­l engineerin­g. The majority of her career was at Edwards AFB, completing her tenure at the 412th Test Engineerin­g group (TENG) Business and Acquisitio­n office.

Celebratio­n of Life and Memorial Service will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2022. Location: Christian Life Assembly, 3250 East Lancaster Blvd., Lancaster, CA, 93535. In Jacque’s unique way, she asked that everyone wear bright

colors for it is a celebratio­n of her life.
