People not happy with economy
Ask the people how they feel. To pretend excessively high illegal immigration does not increase the risk of terror attacks is intellectually dishonest. Just because it hasn’t happened recently doesn’t mean that allowing millions of military-aged men into our country without knowing anything about them is a good idea. Unfortunately, we will have to wait until the attacks start to be able to say I told you so. By then it’s too late to prevent the disaster. Remember 9/11 — not American terrorists, as I recall.
Mr. White, being a Black accountant, goes on to explain how illegal immigration is a good idea financially for the country. In his analysis, he fails to account for the many costs of absorbing them into our system, such as the cost to house, educate and feed them, on and on to the tune of billions of dollars annually. He left out the part about them working for cash; none of it is reported and none of it has any withholdings taken out. If you are going to do a financial analysis, you should consider all aspects.
I have been in the construction industry in many capacities since I was a teenager. In 1976, when I started, I worked alongside many Black tradesmen in virtually every trade. Since then, I have seen nearly every Black tradesman pushed out of the industry. I would urge Mr. White to stop by any construction site, take a walk around and just take a quick survey of who is working on these sites. The Black tradesman has been replaced by illegal labor that should not be here. I would think that would be a concern for you as a member of the Black community.
On another note, our local propagandist has been single-handily trying to build up President Joe Biden and Binenomics. George, you can reproduce all the government statistics you want. That will never lower the cost of living, which has skyrocketed in the last three years. Mr. Jung should ask anyone coming out of the grocery store or the gas station how they feel about Bidenomics. If you choose to do so, I would recommend wearing your running shoes.
