While investigating the explained, grisly death of a cop, veteran colleague Renee Lomito-Smith (Mary J. Blige) notices a mysterious figure in the body cam footage. As the attacks mount, she suspects something supernatural is targeting the officers in her unit, which leaves her in a race against time to uncover the mystery behind the killings.
