Business offers top brands, hometown service

For more than 41 years, Zellner’s Appliance and TV in Conway has been providing its customers with friendly, hometown sales and service.

“We hope our customers will continue to have confidence and trust in us,” said Bill Zellner, owner. “We realize that without our customers, we would not be here.”

Bill and his wife Judy want their customers to know that their satisfaction is their top priority.

“We feel we have more to offer than our competition,” Bill said. “We are members of the largest buying group nationwide and we will be here when they have questions.”

The shop’s in-store service department has more than 30 years of experience keeping its customers’ appliances and TVS running properly.

If a customer has questions about their purchase, they can depend on Zellner’s experienced service staff. Bill said that if a customer has questions about their purchase all they have to do is call and they will always reach a live person.

Zellner’s Appliance and TV offers some of the most well-known brands like Toshiba, LG, Sharp, Mitsubishi, Whirlpool and Kitchenaid. The store also offers competitive pricing, financing and delivery on the same or next day, in most cases.

“We will get you your purchase in a timely manner,” he said.

Bill added that the couple wants all their customers to be well-informed and wellserved when they visit Zellner’s Appliance and TV so they can be sure they will enjoy their new purchase for years to come.

The store is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.
