Store specializes in bridal jewelry, distinct designs

Chris George of Joshua’s Fine Jewelry in Russellville knows he’s in a happy business.

“We get to see people in their happiest times, helping them pick out a birthday gift, wedding anniversary gift or engagement ring,” George said. “It’s a great business, a fun business.”

Joshua’s Fine Jewelry has taken care of its customers and their personal celebrations since 1994. Before setting up his own shop, George worked for a large jewelry chain and felt like he could do a better job for customers. To make the store even more customer friendly, the inside was remodeled, and a flat-screen TV and seating area were added.

The shop offers bridal jewelry, including wedding bands and sets, and engagement rings. There is also a large selection of colored stones, Chamilia bracelets and fashion rings, and a collection of distinct pieces.

Joshua’s Fine Jewelr y adds new merchandise to the store’s inventory on a regular basis, but one product the store’s staff is especially excited to offer is a line by Andrea Candela. Genuine semiprecious stones and diamonds set in sterling silver and 18k gold with a one-of-a-kind design make for a great addition to the store. Joshua’s Fine Jewelry now offers full service on watches and clocks with an in-store watch and clock man, Rich Minick, who is certified for Rolex repair, as well as many other fine watch brands.

“Our dedication to service from repair to custom design makes us a place where our customers want to shop and feel comfortable,” George said.

Joshua’s Fine Jewelry also offers free jewelry cleaning and adjustments, as well as the options of liberal trade-ins, and the store pays top-dollar for gold, silver and platinum, he said.
