Scroggins & Kienlen Law Firm
Local firm provides experience, compassion
With more than 15 years in the River Valley area, the Scroggins & Kienlen Law Firm in Conway has the experience in legal services, as well as empathetic advocates, to handle every case with knowledge and care.
“We have kids and families, too, so we can easily relate to our clients,” Fran Scroggins said.
Scroggins founded the firm in 1996, and Terri Kienlen joined the firm in 2005 after several years in her own practice. Both are graduates of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. The firm handles such cases as divorce, custody and visitation, child support, guardianship and adoptions.
“One client told me once that when you’re dealing with something that involves your kids, you need a mom to represent you,” Scroggins said.
The firm also offers wills, health care directives, powers of attorney, trusts and other estate-planning services. The attorneys work to make certain their clients update their legal documents.
Scroggins and Kienlen seek to offer a comfortable and compassionate atmosphere to all their clients, as well as empathy for the personal and emotional decisions their clients must make.
“Our goal is to provide information and services to protect you and your family at times when you may be in stressful situations and you need professional, experienced legal advice to help make important life decisions,” Scroggins said.
The Scroggins & Kienlen Law Firm meets the needs of individuals and families throughout the area, including those in Faulkner, Perry, Conway, Van Buren, Searcy, White and Pulaski counties. Business hours are 8 a.m. to noon and 1-5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend appointments are available but require advance scheduling.
