An Iowa high school student gave Tebowing a new meaning,

After asking Tim Tebow to her prom through Twitter and not getting a response, cheerleader Rachel Bird showed up at the event with a life-sized cutout of the New York Jets quarterback.

Of course, Bird, also a basketball player, didn’t expect her date to be such a hit with her classmates.

“I think more people took their picture with Tim than they did with me,” she said.

At least the cardboard Tebow was a somewhat cheap date. Bird paid $20 to get Tebow’s dressedup picture blown up big enough to go out.
