Simmons First National Bank has promoted Brenda Nance and Shannon Robinson to assistant vice president. Rick Ferguson has been hired as a consumer loan officer.

Peggy Starling and Julia Kettlewell have received promotions with the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care. Starling will be vice president for Medicaid services and provider strategy, while Kettlewell will serve as the assistant vice president for quality programs.
