Travis “Jack” Voss will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary from 2 to 4 p.m. today with a family gathering at their home. The couple were married Nov. 7, 1953. She is the former Ellen Beaudry. He is retired from International Paper Co. They are the parents of Paul Voss of Magnolia; Robert Voss of Los Lunas, N.M.; Jody Voss of Benton, La.; and David Voss, formerly of Clarksville. The couple have nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
BEEBE — Claudine and
Charles Cranford will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary. The couple were married Nov. 13, 1943. She is the former Claudine Baker and a retired secretary. He is retired from the U.S. Postal Service. They are the parents of Linda Temple of Cornelius, N.C.; and Joan Strayhorn of Beebe. The couple have three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
CROSSETT — Walter “Herk” and Rachel Williams celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at Abe’s Restaurant in Lawson. The couple were married Oct. 24, 1948. She is the former Rachel Ragar and a retired church secretary. He is retired from Georgia Pacific Paper Co. They are the parents of Rick Williams and Steve Williams, both of Crossett. The couple have three grandchildren.
BRYANT — Dianna and
Frank Atkinson celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a cruise of the Hawaiian Islands. The couple were married Oct. 12, 1963. She is the former Dianna Oden. He is owner of University Printing. They are the parents of Frank Atkinson Jr. of Benton and David Atkinson of Bryant. The couple have six grandchildren.
BENTON — Allyson and
Dr. Bill Simmons will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. Nov. 17 at First Baptist Church. The couple were married Nov. 15, 1953. She is the former Alice Ann Newman. He is a retired optometrist. They are the parents of Dr. Russell T. Simmons and Dr. Creighton Simmons, both of Benton; Stephanie Conrad of Castle Rock, Colo.; and Allyson Simmons of Little Rock. The couple have nine grandchildren.
Sherry and Dale Hoggard of Roland celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in June with a family trip to Dauphin Island, Ala. The couple were married Nov. 8, 1963. She is the former Sherry Lilly. He is retired from Alltel. They are the parents of Michael Hoggard, Kevin Hoggard and Jennifer White, all of Roland, and Robin Wilson of Maumelle. The couple have four grandchildren.
Ruth and George Kirtley of Little Rock celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a cruise to Japan and China. The couple were married Nov. 8, 1953. She is the former Ruth McMahon and a retired accounting assistant. He is a semiretired certified public accountant. They are the parents of Debra Krajewski, Sharon Lamb and Wes Kirtley, all of Little Rock. The couple have 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

— Sandra and Danny Snyder will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple were married Nov. 8, 1963. She is the former Sandra Childers. He is retired from Tyson Foods. They are the parents of Stephen Snyder of Savannah, Ga., and Jenny Ledbetter of Little Rock. The couple have seven grandchildren.
